The new 3,084 sq. m. administrative facility for a labour organization was completed in 2006. The facility was designed to accommodate a variety of administration and trade school functions. The consultant team worked closely with the development committee on the program and coordination of activities within this multipurpose facility. The combination of administrative and trade school functions necessitated careful analysis of operational and security implementation within the facility. The incorporation of technology into each area was significant to the appropriate management of distance learning functions and head office management.
