The Rutherford Condominiums is the most recent of more than six multi-storey residential complexes completed for Carrington Properties since 2006. The Rutherford Condominium Complex was completed in two phases on a 5.11 acre site. The site development for the entire 5.11 acre site included 116 above ground parking stalls, an appropriate amount of loading areas, bicycle parking, a garbage enclosure and appropriate landscaping. The site was split in two similar parcels for a phased approach to development.
