This project is located on a prominent downtown site bordered by 102nd Avenue on the north and 103rd Street on the west and 102nd Street on the east, a prominent and challenging site location.
The design provides for an effective building envelope that incorporates sound and proven building science and sustainable values with the selection of building assemblies and components made with consideration to the cost of operating and maintaining the facility.
The design represents an imaginative and creative solution to a primary downtown site, aesthetically blending the historic warehouse district to the modern urban areas. Project was completed in November 2007.
